The project
Adare Manor, owned by the McManus family, underwent a major restoration and expansion before reopening as a luxury resort. The work covered the restoration of the 19th-century neo-Gothic Manor House, the refurbishment of the new West Wing and the Ballroom banqueting suite, and a world-class spa.
Munster Coving was appointed main coving contractor. It is our largest project to date, and it was completed on time and within budget.

How we approached it
- 01
Survey
Each space was measured and its existing plasterwork recorded, so new work could sit alongside the original.
- 02
Cast
Profiles were cast in our Kerry workshop so every length matched across large, continuous runs.
- 03
Fit
Our own team fitted and finished the work on site, coordinated with the main contractor's programme.
